Your Challenge ADM’s Regional Centralized Maintenance Center of Excellence team (CoE) is looking for a Reliability Engineer. This position will play a leadership role in the establishment and management of proactive preventative maintenance and reliability strategies in a continuous operating oil mill. The Reliability Engineer will act as a leader for our operating employees, analyze maintenance and operating methods, as well as equipment failures including root cause analysis. He will implement practices to cost effectively improve on stream equipment reliability. This role will be responsible for effective usage of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution processes using Maximo, ADM’s chosen Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Your Responsibilities Perform duties in a safe manner, using all safety equipment, and successfully complete all safety certification requirements Cooperate with the Facility Manager to develop, coordinate and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations in order to maintain equipment reliability Investigate and analyze relevant variables potentially affecting processes and assets Compile reports and recommend corrective measures to meet acceptable reliability standards Develop, track and maintain reliability databases and documentations Provide plant engineering with technical support on reliability issues Participate in engineering activities that improve the reliability of equipment Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and Reliability maintenance and preventive and predictive maintenance programs Train employees in the value of maintenance reliability and actions required to increase operational efficiency Support and comply with all food safety, quality, and legality requirements Your Profile Bachelor's degree in engineering sciences, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry or industry At least 3 – 5 years experience in industrial maintenance and reliability engineering in an industrial / manufacturing environment preferred, work experience in a food processing company is a plus Experience in vibration, infrared, alignment, ultrasonic, motor circuit and lubrication analysis Background in rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers and material handling equipment Familiar with GMP, FDA and OSHA regulations Good knowledge of maintenance management systems Be able to understand and align with plant GMP and personnel practice requirements Be willing and able to spend time in plant areas ( walk long distances, work while standing, climb stairs and ladders and move through confined spaces) to understand and audit the process You are dedicated and ambitious You possess outstanding interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees You are able to plan and prioritize your workload effectively Our Offer Challenging tasks, short decision-making processes and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time models Room for innovative thinking and growth with the possibility to manage your own career path A company culture which promotes continuous learning and diversity Excellent career and development opportunities in a world leading nutrition company An attractive remuneration including a variety of social benefits like subsidized health & fitness offers Learn more about ADM at .
