Your mission
As we move into the next era in enterprise driven by AI, we are currently seeking a driven and experienced Head of Product to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies: Work closely with the executive team to define and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with the company’s overall business goals
  • Lead product development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that product increments are developed on time, with high quality, and track their ROI
  • Manage the product team: Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of product managers and UX/UI designers to deliver exceptional results
  • Drive adoption and success: Collaborate with implementation, account management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Competitive analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning
  • Define and monitor product KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions
  • Stakeholder management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and prioritize product enhancements
  • Proactive involvement in sales and marketing activities

Your profile

To be successful

  • You must have strong communication and storytelling skills
  • You have experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users
  • You are able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a fast-moving environment
  • You must be able to self-organize and work independently

Must-Haves / Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management and related functions in the software industry, with 5+ in Enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing Product, with an emphasis on leadership, and engaging stakeholders
  • Experience with ML and data-intense products
  • Experience supporting Integrated GTM motions that include sales, channel and services partners, strategic alliances and technology eco-systems
  • Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for product teams, sales teams and customers
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communication. This is critically important with regards to our AI vision
  • Use data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or related area; MBA is a plus
